Tension Headache
Tension headache is the most common form of headache; almost 90% will experience it. This form of headache typically affects both sides of the head, sometimes involves the neck and the top of the scalp. The tension often creeps up from the neck as a dull and tight feeling around the head just like a clamp. Fortunately, sleep is not affected by tension headache.
It is often associated with poor posture and stress causing excessive muscle tension.
